2.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the M&D Wealth Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may temporarily store and print individual pages for this purpose, provided all copyright and proprietary notices are retained.

 

2.3. Except as expressly permitted in clause 2.2, you may not:

a) copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any M&D Wealth Content;
b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code forming part of our Services; or
c) use any M&D Wealth trademarks, logos, or trade names without our prior written consent.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

 

3.1. Certain Services may require user registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

3.3. We reserve the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these Terms, and for the purposes of security, fraud prevention, and operational maintenance.

 

4. Purchases, Payments, and Fees

 

4.1. Access to certain Content or Events may require payment of a fee. All fees are payable in advance in the specified currency. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly provided in our refund policy in clause 5.3.

4.2. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

4.3. Our Services may facilitate purchases from third-party suppliers. Your contract for such products is directly with the third party, and M&D Wealth is not a party to that agreement.

4.4. Any discounts or special offers are valid for the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively.

5. Events: Tickets, Cancellation, and Admission

 

5.1. Tickets for our events ("Events") are for your personal use only. The resale or transfer of tickets without our prior written consent is prohibited, and we reserve the right to cancel tickets suspected of unauthorised resale.

5.2. We reserve the right to alter the Event agenda, speakers, venue, or date (a "Change"). We will use reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of any material Changes. A change of speakers or minor agenda adjustments is not considered a material Change.

5.3. Cancellation and Refunds:

a) By Us: If an Event is cancelled by M&D Wealth, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price. If an Event is rescheduled, we will offer you the option of transferring your ticket to the new date or receiving a full refund.

b) By You: Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase, tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except in the case of Event cancellation by us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

5.4. We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee for reasons of public safety, inappropriate behaviour, or for any breach of these Terms. Attendees must comply with all instructions from Event staff.

5.5. By attending an Event, you grant M&D Wealth the right to use your image or likeness in any recording or photograph of the Event for promotional purposes. If you wish not to be filmed or photographed, please inform an event official at the registration desk.

6. User-Generated Content and Conduct

 

6.1. We may provide features that allow you to post comments or content ("User Content"). We moderate User Content and reserve the right not to publish, or to edit or remove, any submission at our discretion.

6.2. You agree that any User Content you submit:

a) is your original work and does not infringe any third-party rights;
b) is not defamatory, obscene, offensive, promotional (spam), or illegal; and
c) is on-topic and relevant.

6.3. By submitting User Content, you grant M&D Wealth a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and modify that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services.

6.4. User Content reflects the views of the contributor, not those of M&D Wealth. We disclaim all liability for User Content.

6.5. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M&D Wealth from and against any claims arising from the User Content you submit or your breach of clause 6.2.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

 

7.1. Our Services and all M&D Wealth Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, M&D Wealth disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the Content.

7.2. M&D Wealth shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

11.4. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
